  5. Harmony Hall, Gasparillo
  6. Jacob Hill, Wallerfield
  7. K.P. Lands (La Platta),Valencia
  8. La Paille Village, Caroni
  9. Lawrence Wong Road, Longdenville
  10. Milton Village, Couva
  11. Pine Settlement, Sangre Grande
  12. Race Course, Arima
  13. Samaroo Village, Arima
  14. Springle Street, Point Fortin
  15. Squatterville, Macaulay

Applicants must ensure that they are in possession of the following documents:

Citizens of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

  1. National Identification Card (All identification Cards issued by the Elections and Boundaries Commission that have ALREADY EXPIRED, as well as those due to expire in 2020, SHALL BE VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 31st 2020)
  2. Birth Certificate (Electronic Birth Certificates ONLY)

Residents of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

  1. National Identification Card
  2. Passport
  3. Certificate of Residency

The Agency must be satisfied that the lot applied for is:

  1. Approved by the Director of Surveys AND
  2. Located within a Designated Area or Land Settlement Area

The Agency must be satisfied that the Applicant was in occupation of his structure before the 14th of June, 2014. Acceptable proof of occupancy may include:

  1. Bills showing materials purchased for the structure,
  2. Utility bills,
  3. Any legally recognized document clearly depicting the Applicant’s name, the address of the parcel of land and a date supporting the Applicant’s occupation before the 14th of June, 2014.

INCOMPLETE FORMS OR FORMS WITH INVALID UPLOADED DOCUMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID AND DISCARDED
